Witness Testimony

" Red shiny globe making manuevers in Southern sky over Oregon being seen from Washington.This can be seen from here, but, it is in the southern sky and looks to be over in Oregon. I saw it moving side to side then drop down lower and come back up, it is reddish and bright. Called my husband to come see it and without me telling him what it was doing, he said, "you mean that red light that's going up and down and moving," now 22:07 and went out to see if still there. It has dropped lower in sky and is now making maneuvers like a bee going from flower to flower!! It is too far away for a photograph. A plane could not move like this object is doing. We are retired, middle class people. "
