Witness Testimony

"3 bright white lights rotating together directly over head slowly changing speed and direction. Spun both counterclockwise and clockwise in un-uniform manner for 5-8 minutes. I had left the parking lot i was in to showcase the lightshow to a coworker, shortly after she spots them in the sky as i had they dim and disappear into the dark sky. They never really moved around the sky but rather stayed seated spinning overhead. After a few hours of work as i was leaving i spotted them again shortly before they moved across the sky as i left the parking lot in my truck. After losing them as they flew overhead my view i was not able to get another view of them. This was the only time i saw movement other than rotation. "
