Witness Testimony

"Witness was out walking his dog when he first noticed a bright light at about 140 degrees. He describes the object as a light on a faint green-blue metallic object. As he observed the object it seemed to turn toward him and approach closer, taking a curved path in a southwesterly direction. When in the original position the object appeared to be the shape of the side of an oval, with a green cast near the top and a light blue cast closer to the bottom. When moving positions and fully facing him, the object appeared to be circular in shape with a total of 4 lights, two stacked on top of another two, forming a square pattern on a round background. The witness observed the object for between 5 and 10 seconds. The object never made a sound. But it seemed under intelligent control and, as the object turned toward the witness, he had an impression that the object was aware of his presence and that is why it turned. The original size was estimated to be about the size of a half dollar and after approaching him, appeared to be the size of a tennis ball or baseball. After observing the object move toward him, the witness said the light just blinked out and he did not see it again."
