Witness Testimony

"The witnesses spend a lot of time outdoors and on this occasion they were out walking near the river in downtown Bonaparte. They had just walked out onto the bridge that crosses the Des Moines River. They stopped to look up-river and suddenly noticed a large yellow-orange craft just above the treetops on the south side of the river. It was about a half mile to a mile away and it was shaped like a triangle. It was a yellow-orange color and looked to be about 10" on a side at an oblique angle. It hovered for about 10 minutes, descended quickly behind the trees, ascended again then just faded away. There is a lot of light activity in Bonaparte but this object had no lights that the witnesses could discern. It also made no sound but it was pretty far away. The witnesses have had multiple sightings but this is the first and only triangle they have seen."
