"At 21.18 I went out on my terrace which looks over False Bay in Somerset West, Cape Town for a smoke and noticed a vertical line of lights slowly moving upwards into the sky, I ran back in and got my phone a took a 1 minute 20 second video of it slowly disappearing into the night sky. I could make out a straight line of lights of around 22 lights, which on some of the still images I took from the video you clearly see different colours of white, green, purple and when you enlarge the still photos you can see shapes within some of the lights and what looks like solid material behind. The distance I was from the object when I took the video must have been at least 20KM plus away from the object and it gave the impression that it was huge (at least 3/4 size of a football park). From the video I took you can see it's moving directly upwards. On another point about a month before (and I stupidly just watched rather than grab my phone) I watched the same line of lights with a fiery like glow surrounding them from left to right vertically flying over False bay and disappear after about 1 minute. "
