"at approxamatly 22:18 PST, myself and 4 others witnessed a bright white light, not flashing, moving from south to north across the horizon. no noise was present, no caution lights were apparent. The light dimmed considerably as it moved quite fast accross the sky, dissapearing over the horizon eventually.
