"Blue flash lights over the top of the Kiev planetarium building I've been to Kiev for several days. On the 9th of November around the midday I was going along the street and accidentally my attention was riveted on the top of the building of the Kiev planetarium. I saw very bright blue light flashes moving around the roof for maybe 50-60 seconds and then they just flew away up to the sky.I was so stunned that even couldn't move. I noticed several people around who saw that too as they were also comletely shocked. "
