"BLUE DOTS OVER KYIV PLANETARIUM, UKRAINE, KYIVOn the 9th of November i and my wife observed strange objects above the building of Kyiv Planetarium. Approximately it happened in the 12 noon. While the sun was shining brightly, for the several seconds a strange object was hanging in one place and wasn’t moving. I was so surprised that even couldn’t say anything but my wife was staring at the dark blue rounds. They seemed to be made of plasma. They looked like plasma bubbles. After several seconds it disappeared. "
