Witness Testimony

"Medium fireball in the sky...Under the clouds(not far from the ground),for over 3 minutes 2 witnesses were able to observe a medium fireball(orange-red color) with blue dot in the middle,flying from the north to the south.During the observation witnesses were able to feel the hotness(daily temperaure -13C).For two days after problems with eyes(such as pain and tearness). During the observation strange sound were heard(someting like a giant motor)."
