Witness Testimony

"this is the forth or fifth time i have seen the green balls in sky at number of locations in northern mn green circle glowing brightly and some times changing directions east to west altitude also has variedmy girlfriend and I were on our way home from here job and when we got out of the car I happened to be looking up and noticed the strange light heading east to west in the ski kindof zig zagging back and forth. This is I beleive the forth instance that I myself have seen this same object my girlfriend has seen on two occasions. Some nights it appears to be much slower and more erratic in its trajectory although it has not been low enough to get a close look it is fairly obvious that it is not a airplane/jet for there is no sound at all and the manuvaers are so erratic that any normal aircraft pilot would have lost his flight privlages.
