"Very bright white light with smaller flashing white light on top- Very loud rumbling with it.Last night over Christoval, Texas (AUG 26, 2003) we heard what sounded like a low flying airplane. It kept getting louder and the rumbling increased, a very low bass tone...so we went out to look. It was dark about 9:30PM or so. I saw a VERY bright WHITE light flying from east to west and not all that low. There was a smaller white light flashing softly on the top of it. It continued on its course but the rumbling went on for many minutes after it passed over. My 19 year old son wondered if it was a tornado coming toward us, it was so unusually loud."
