Witness Testimony

"Early into night dogs oOn this 5 acre tract began barking incessantly. At the back of the property was what appeared to be someone with a flashlight weaving thru the brush.Two Turning to grab a flashlight, then back around and it was gone. It is not possible to walk thru this brush without a flashlight at night. I called my neighbor on adjoining 10 acres to see if he was looking for a lost goat, and he said he had not been out. Two nights later, inclement weather from the west brought this property owner outside. While facing the West at my property line, I observed two fuzzy blue balls moving slowly (at waist height) North along the property line emitting a bright white light as would a flash light. The lights moved in front of and by me, white beams changing direction as would a person in a hurry, then both lights went out, leaving two fuzzy transparent blue balls moving in the air for a second, then all was gone.
