"Seen out of vehicle, observed with binoculars, had 2 bright lights that never flashed, no stream in backend, same speed of a usual airpWe were driving and someone in the vehicle observed something in the sky which they said was white, so we looked out and seen it, it was lower than an airplane would fly, so we pulled over and watched it pass by about the speed of an airplane. We had binoculars so we looked at it and it had two bright lights, it floated and the lights never flashed on it, it also had no stream coming out the back end of it."
