"We have been seeing what appears at first as stars, but when watched for awhile seem to move in every direction. Tonight we were able to observe it with our binoculars. It seem to be a circle of colorful lights. We took photos , but the circular shape did not show up, It looks to be a line of lights in the photo, which made me think that it was not only spinning , but hovering and changing directions. We have seen these several times now, but not as clear as tonight. They always seem to be in the same direction. We are in northern Montana. As I type it is still hovering. I wish we had our telescope."
