"A small traveling light in the sky increased in brightness and then faded away.Between Aurora Borealis and the last star in the handle of Ursa Major, I saw a small light. I thought that it was a satellite crossing the sky when I first noticed it. It moved from left to right but then became brighter and brighter until it was as bright as a bright star. I then thought that it might be a meteorite that was heading directly towards me. The light then went dim again and seemed to be either traveling away from me into space or just faded out until it was just a pin prick of light and then I could not see it any more. It only traveled about one inch from left to right. The sky was very clear. I have never seen anything like this. Did anyone else see it?"
