" strange very quick aircraft that hovered and moved in sophisticated waysWent outside to get into the truck..looked up at a flying object that was high up and to my north east..noticed no jet stream. Looked again and noticed a green and red flashing light,Very brightly. The object the moved incredibly fast to the south, made some very strange movements and stopped dead what seemed to be right over my neighbors house. The object made some very quick movements in diagonal like lines. "
