"strange lightningme and me friend were driving in the country at about 2 am when all of the sudden we both looked outto the left of the car toward asouth east direction and there was a cloud in the sky no more than 30 or 40 feet in the sky with what seemed like dozens of lightning bolts coming down and touching the ground but not burning it at all then we got out of the car andsat on the hood of the car and looked at it for about an hour or so after that i dont remember that much just getting in the car and going home((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the incident is approximate.
