Witness Testimony

"On May 31st at 11:00 I went out in my back yard to throw the ball for my dog. While she was retrieving it, I glanced at the S/SW sky and saw and saw an object with 2 red light & 1 green light high in the sky. The lights were very bright, brighter than I've ever seen on an aircraft. They were in a triangle shape but were close together, it looked as if they were touching. The lights were round and didn't blink or change. I couldn't see an actual craft. The sky was slightly lit from city lights. The object descended then hovered, then moved east where my neighbor's tree partially blocked the view. Then it came back out from behind the tree and moved west, descending further. It was quite close. Then it came back east and moved farther south, then moved closer in my direction (north) and then descended below my fence line. It appeared twice more before 11:30, both times from the west moving southeast, and both times descended out of my line of sight. At it's closest point it might've been several miles away. It was a tangible object, not lights beaming from the ground. It looked like I could've reached up & plucked it out of the sky. It moved too slow to be an airplane & changed directions quickly & stopped & hovered several times. It moved too fast to be a helicopter & made no noise that I could hear. It was way too big to be a toy but it wasn't huge. I've never seen anything even remotely like it. I was so intrigued. I tried to get photos/ video with my camera & phone but they just show a glowing dot, it looks nothing like what I actually saw. Afterward I googled everything I could think of but I have no idea what it was. But I know it was under intelligent control because of it's movement. "
