Witness Testimony

"At 10:45pm I took my dogs outside. I first notice the object when there was a bright flash of white light in the lower part of the northern sky. I thought it was a falling star because of the brightness of it. By the third flash I could definitely tell it was not a plane and moving unpredictably. I felt like this is amazing I'm really seeing another ufo. (My first was in 2007 and I filled out this form.) I started counting 5 to 15 seconds in between flashes. Then I ran inside to get my phone for the camera. Of course it was gone when I got back outside. But I started recording video anyways. I saw a falling star and a satellite. Then I saw a plane just above the houses and not far away. It was flying north to south with a white light directly in front of it that was not flashing and keeping pace with it. This goes on for about three seconds. Then the light jumps very quickly to the back of the plane and keeps pace for another three seconds. Then the light moves to the north at the same altitude and about the with of my hand away from the plane. It then hoovers in place for about ten minutes. At this point it looks like a big star putting out a constant white and red flickering of light. I lost sight of it when I was scanning the sky for a few seconds. About fifteen minutes later I'm still looking around and see two plane flying low coming from the south going north. They fly right where the ufo was and keep going north. Then about thirty seconds later two more low flying plane are following behind the first two. Then a cop drives by real slow. The cop was probably a coincidence."
