Witness Testimony

"Traveling south/west saw an object in the sky about 60-65 degrees off the horizon. The object looked to be between the altitude of plane and helicopter flight but could hard to tell with out knowing the size. The object was very bright as if it was a reflection of the sun. It was stationary for a second when I had first seen it and then accelerated quickly to a very fast speed and was only visible for a short time before it vanished. The object's direction was south when it took off. I thought it may have been a glare off my windshield or from headlights but I could not see anything else produce such an effect."
