Witness Testimony

"Driving north on washington st. around 3:35 pm and noticed a metallic object shaped between a rectangle and diamond hovering about 500 ft to the north. it looked like it had the texture of a piece of aluminum or mylar. we drove on up washington and turned on the access road to i-27 and kept the object in sight. continued to drive on the access road, until turning on 34th street heading east. object was now ascending slowly straight up. continued to watch the object as it climbed higher, as it came close to a large cloud, noticed another object heading west appear from the cloud. this object was white and cylinder shaped (probably an airplane) though no wings visible. the original metallic object continued to ascend upwards - now a small reflective dot in the sky. we went into a business and when we came out, the object was gone. possible this was a flat mylar balloon, but it went directly straight up, it did not float with the wind or change direction and for it to be seen for so long and so high up, it must have been large. from beginning to end, we watched for about 15 minutes."
