SIGHTING: MARATHON, FLORIDA (UNITED STATES)

Witness Testimony

"My family and I were standing on a pier at around 8:15 pm in Marathon, FL when one of us spotted something out in the distance over the ocean that looked like a disc surrounded by a sequence of glowing and pulsating orange/red lights. It was about the size of a penny and stayed in the sky for about 2-3 minutes until its lights slowly faded away. We saw it again about 10 minutes later, this time it was about as big as a golf ball/baseball and continued the same sequence of light motion as t had before. It was closer to shore this time and was easy to observe. From a closer distance, you could tell that the orange/red exterior lights were rotating around a disc shaped object. The strange thing about this object was this is was see through and could not be seen. It stayed the second time for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until it faded away again. This was te last time we saw the object."
