"Submitting this on behalf of "n," a long time friend and work partner. june 13, wednesday, n was on a boat as usual offshore about a mile north-west of key west. he was looking west admiring the sunset and noticed an unidentifiable object moving in a rapid, irregular fashion in the sky. n has been a sober and professional mariner in key west for 18 years and has never seen anything like this. he is certain the object was not a weather balloon (many are launched from a weather station in this area), aircraft, or helicopter. as it flitted about the sky, the object appeared partly transparent before briefly glowing white and orb like all around, then it disappeared. n used his smartphone to take photos of the object and it appeared in three out of four photos. unsure what to do with the pics, he sent them to me. interested in getting to the bottom of this, i'm forwarding these to you. "
