Witness Testimony

"May date could be way off, it was 20 years ago. sorry. It would have been a late January or February between 2000 and 2005. It was around 10:00 p.m. o so and I was on vacation sitting on the balcony of the Southern Most hotel, enjoying a beer. My friend got up to go to the bathroom when I thought I saw something out of my periphery but really right above me. There was what looked like a huge black mass floating or flying extremely slowly over the hotel. I saw these round blue Lights (???) on the bottom. I called my friend from the bathroom, but as i did this black Mass with blue lights moved slowly out of sight. It was too late. This happened back in February of 2001 or 2002. I keep waiting to see if other people saw the same thing, but nobody has. I was going to call the police but my friend talked me out of it saying that since we were near the Military base, maybe they were testing a new type of plane. Maybe a good way to describe the blackness of it,. Picture the stealth fighter, only bigger, much slower, totally quiet, with blue "lights" on the bottom.
