Witness Testimony

"On Saturday the 11 January I was on top of the mountain taking a panorama photos of Hartebeespoort dam. The whole sequence of 15 photos took less than 30 seconds to take. When I got back to process the photos after stitching together I noticed a black spot in the sky. I then looked closeup at the individual shots and this spot only appeared in the 1 frame. The photo with the spot was taken at 14:23:58 seconds the very next photo of the same area was taken at 14:23:59 seconds. The object was gone. Looking at the distance and the size of the object it would appear to be much larger than a car almost the size of a small house. There were no planes, helicopters or microlights. I could not have been birds because I was shooting at infinity so a bird that size would have been much closer and blurred. The object is clear. I was shooting at shutter speed 1250. I also believe that if it were birds I would have captured them in multiple frames. The next day I tested to see if it was a plane or helicopter. I would have captured them in multiple frames. It only appeared for 1 second. Friends suggested that it may have been a meteor. Possible but a meteor that size would be heard and devastation / explosion would follow. "
