Witness Testimony

"*Coordinates of wit's residence deleted--SGonzalez/CMS. The actual time was from 12:19AM to 12:33AM My wife and I were out on our back porch. I was the first to see an object that looked like a bright star slowly, much slower than a satellite, to the south in the area of Casiopia. It was visable for about a second and a half and then went out. We soon, in the same area whitnessed a dimmer object slowly performing what looks like figure eights. About five minutes later we whitnessed an object, from out of nowere and to our exclamation, become very bright in the area of Cygnus and then go out. This object made no directional movement. Less than a minute afterward I began to hear the light roar of an aircraft coming into this area of the sky. The aircraft appeard as a normal inter-continental flight at about 20-23,000 ft. Suddenly the lighting configuration on the aircraft changed which made it appear to much lower in the sky then just before, about 13-18,000 ft with no lights other than two very bright strobes on either side. This aircraft flew percisely the area of the sky inwhich we saw the last object. The aircraft was also odly quite for it's altitude."
