SIGHTING: BISMARCK, NORTH DAKOTA (UNITED STATES)

Witness Testimony

"On 8-18-9009 while in an upper room in my home I observed a single red pulsing light move in a slow and constant speed and altitude,make three directional changes at 90 degree angles from an apparently silent platform.This object was first noticed at aprox. 1000-2000 ft north of my home at an estimated altitude of 1000-1500 ft. The object traveled northwest aprox. 3 miles turned left 90 degrees and proceeded south for aprox. 3/4 of a mile then reversed coures and proceeded north aprox. 3/4 of a mile befor making a final 90 degree torn, again left, to return it to it's origional heading-north by northwest. The object continued on this course (traveling northwest) until it was no longer visible to me. I observed this objevt with a pair of bushnell 12x50 powre binoculars for nearly the entire duration of the event as they were in the same room I grabbed them very quickly. No F.A.A. lighting configurations were in use on this object. I would estimate the moving speed of this object at aprox. 35-40 M.P.H."
