Witness Testimony

"We drove off ND highway 1804 going south on a trail. Upon reaching the edge of the breaks the radio said that a ufo has been sighted in the river bottoms south of Menoken ND. Within a few seconds we observed a flying disk hovering about a quarter mile east of our position. We continued down the hill and when we got to the bottom the craft quickly came to a position directly over the car at an elevation of 50ft. We were terrified so I grabbed the rifle I had with me and sat on the rear window sill , put my elbows on the roof of the car, and toot aim at the craft. I called to the driver to keep the car moving and He stepped on the gas pedal and almost threw me off the car. I told him to just keep moving but not so fast. The craft was glowing from the time we first sighted it and now was lighting the area all around us. My fear was forcing me to make the decision to shoot at the object. I started to put pressure on the trigger when an image of the car we were in was implanted on my visual field twisted smoking and burning along the trail ahead of us. This made me reconsider pulling the trigger and I released the pressure on it. After lowering the rifle the craft gained elevation to about 100ft and headed southeast and we lost sight of it as it went behind the trees."
