"Paul Hicks Field Investigator Iowa. I am creating this report for the witnesses. Tom said his sons were not interested in reporting. 2008, I have no info at this time on date or time. Tom Winkel's two sons were driving on Hwy 18 in in separate cars. Mark and Eric. One was 1/2 hr behind the other. Tom told me they were 20 miles east of Algona, Kossuth cty. Colored lights were seen and phone camera photos were taken near Britt, IA. Britt is in Hancock cty. So I don't know the location at this time. I have not talked to the sons yet. I have the photos on Power Point and can't copy. I asked Tom to resend the photos as an attachment. PH 2/9/2010 "
