Witness Testimony

"Was at college that afternoon doing training on a wind turbine outside. one of my classmates was laying down in the grass when he spotted the "orb" like object in the sky. our whole class looked up and seen this white object hovering in the sky. one of our class mates said they had spotted the same object in the same spot around lunch time. it was 2:20 in the afternoon at this time and it was still there. at first we thought maybe it was a weather balloon. but the object was not moving at all. we even lined it up with the side of a building to monitor its movements but it did not move at all! keep in my it was a warm summer day with a decent breeze and this was in iowa. iowa is flat and windy almost everyday. thats why we are 2nd in the nation for wind turbines. our training lasted 2 hours and the object stayed in the same place that whole time, but on the way back in we looked for it and it mysteriously disappeared from the sky. no where to be found. i have never seen anything like this in my life. two days later on facebook i seen a post from a "i grew up in iowa" page with pictures and the same description of the object we had seen but this was the next day.
