Witness Testimony

"I was driving west on interstate 72 & talking with my husband on the phone. A few miles before the Hull/Payson exit, I looked over to my right and saw an object hovering over a field. It appeared to be disk shaped based on what appeared to be clearly defined red, blue and white lights. I told my husband I was going to pull over and try to take a photo. I stared at the hovering object for a minute and fumbled with my cell phone trying to get a picture. The object flew straight up and then flew over my vehicle and to the southeast. I put my window down to listen and to attempt to take a photo. I didn't think anything would show up in the photo since it was so dark out in the country and was now so far away, but when I looked at the photo there was a round white light in the picture. I heard a loud sound like that of a plane plus some other sound that I had never heard before. When I pulled over on the right, I believe my car was the only one in sight for several minutes. After the object flew over to the southeast, a delivery truck went by me. It was very strange. The object did not appear to move until after I pulled over and was sitting there looking at it. I thought it was strange to see red, blue and white lights all at the same time on an object that appeared to be disk shaped and staying in one place. It did not appear that the object was that high off the ground."
