Witness Testimony

"Lights in my windowAround 1:05 am I noticed 2 lights close to my living room window. looked like head lights on a car, same size and distance apart. there was no glare on the glass. then it just went out. lasted about one second. ignored it at first, then it showed up again. stayed around 3 seconds then went out. got interested ran out the back door and say a red flashing light no bigger then a thimble, watched it go from side to side and up and down. then just seemed to appear in the distance about 25 deg. elevation and off in the north eastern sky far enough the orange red light was the size of a pea at arms length. shot up in elevation to 45 degrees dropped back to 20 degrees.bobbed up and down and side to side n the same area for around 20 minutes. just seemed to vanish. didn't see it go up or in any direction other then the "normal" bouncing around. just gone.((NUFORC Note: Curiously, the source of the report indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate, even though it had occurred two days earlier.
