"Massive, swirling cloud formation in circular patternDriving westbound on Highway 18 on 28 June 2013, I saw a strange cloud formation in the western sky. It was in a giant spiraling formation, like something was there creating a swirling of clouds. I have never seen a cloud formation like this. Middle of the day. The cloud formation was massive. Miles in diameter. One big swirl all by itself. The only thing I could think of was it was weird. There was a strong strong system the previous day and I thought it could be related to that, but just had never seen something so large in swirling, circular shape like that before.
