Witness Testimony

" Large object that changed directions and brightness that also had an extending tail-like object.This bright oval object moved around in a circular motion and then sat still. During this time, the objects brightness changed from dim to bright and back to dim. This happened throughout the whole duration. Also, there was a red light that kept appearing on the top left side of the object and a dim glow that surrounded the object at times. There was also a light prove that would extend from the bottom at different lengths and various times. "
