Witness Testimony

"Observed object in the sky roughly around late june to early july while letting out our dogs. Noticed a multicolored star-like object in the sky to the north west of us. Believed it to be a star or space station but noted that it was to low for a star and the station was not near our location at first sighting. Because we live out in the country with the nearest bright city being 25 miles away from us we knew that it was not lights from the city. It would disappear for a few days then reappear and stick around for two to three days before disappearing again, this pattern has been constant for the past couple of months. We lose sight of it normally in the morning when the sun comes up."
