Witness Testimony

"I was driving home from work and noticed an orange light at the top of the mountain range that I assumed was the beginning of a wild fire. As i kept driving North, I noticed the light was coming towards me. It came around where I was at and hovered over an apartment complex to the West of me. I thought it was a hot air balloon, the way it floated and how bright the light was, but then I realized it was not a balloon. It was fire orange on the bottom and the top was in a triangular shape and the color yellow. As I continued to follow it, it started moving away from me, almost as though it noticed I noticed it. It headed back towards the Northwest mountain range it came from. It was not large in size, probably 1/4 of the size of a hot air balloon. If you have any explanations or any other sightings you could share with me, it would greatly ease my mind!!!"
