Witness Testimony

"I was traveling south on hwy 61 south from St. Francisville La. toward Baton Rouge. I was driving at 55 mph and going down an incline near the intersection of La 10. I saw, directly in front of me a matte silver object traveling east to west. I did need to lean slightly forward and look up out of my windshield. It was very clear and easy to see. cigar shape is not exact. there were no wings, no windows and no landing gear. it was slightly wider at the nose and tapered slightly at the tail. As my brain was processing, i said to myself, i will not take my eyes off this thing. I did glance down at my speed. i was going 55, the speed limit was 65, so i did speed up in an attempt to watch it. i watched it change into a bright light and i lost sight of it behind the tree line. This area is north of the Baton Rouge airport. I could see two jet passenger planes in the distance. the sun was somewhat low in the sky because the recent time change. There were no clouds nor glare from the sun. I had a very similar sighting one year earlier (10/12) in Baton Rouge driving on O'neal lane. In October, about the same time of day, similar weather conditions. The same type of craft, exactly, except it was traveling west to east, and I lost sight of it, did not see it change shape and turn into a ball of light.I feel like I'm being stalked, most people never see it once, much less, twice. If it happens again, I'll certainly feel as if I'm being watched. lolIm not interested in any type of notoriety, just want to report the incident. The first time, I questioned it, and blew it off. The second time, really got me to wondering, I will report any sighting in the future."
