Witness Testimony

"VERY clear, close triangle object with pulsing lights and no sound directly overhead just 100 yards awayI was driving on my delivery route I-95 and a very strange object with bright lights was directly overhead in front of me. It was clear skies. I am very familiar with the area and there are no tall towers which would produce light.My first impressions were this was a plane. However, the object did not appear to be moving, rather hovering and the shape was unusual and the lights very bright and peculiar. I slowed my vehicle as I got to the object and got a good look. Now I could see detail and was very sorry I didn't have a camera as I would have snapped a photo showing a clearly shaped black triangle with three lights at the corners, blue and red and white. The object was standing still mid-air about 100 yards above me and almost directly overhead. There was no sound and the lights were slowly blinking, although dimming off and on would be a better description.At this point I was stopped, outside my car and looking up at the object. I was the sole vehicle in the area at that specific time. The object was pulsing back and forth between a sort of luminous, transparency and solid, black as if it was materializing and de-materializing at the pulse rate of about once every two seconds.After a couple minutes, I became a little nervous being alone and with the object so close. I got in my car and left. The detail against clear skies left no doubt this was a UFO. I'm curious if this is actually belonging to military with borrowed alien technology. I base this on the common sense fact that ET's would not necessarily need lights.I am a no-nonsense type of guy and the fact is, had I had my camera it likely would have produced the most clear and detailed photo of a UFO in history. It was THAT distinct.I'm in my mid-50's. This is the third UFO I've witnessed but not since the mid 1970's and never this close or with such clarity and detail. "
