"saw the ufo and it was obvious that it was extraordinary and not of this physicsin St Thomas driving down the water front I saw a westward stationary oblong cigar tube shaped craft. Never moving and hovering in the broad daylight with my conscious I say, "I SEE YOU" and as soon as the thought was complete the object had become more bright and disappeared. "
