"At 22:30hrs approximately, moving in a straight line South Easterly direction, slower than aeroplane, seemed to be gliding motion, totally silent, glowing white light with lime greenish hue, small amount of glow trail behind it. Too big and faster than a lantern. Unexplained. No other witnesses encountered on the street where I was. Lost sight as it went in its straight path towards the wooded hill south west of the Werkhof der Gemende Koniz, behind farmhouse and two block apartment buildings. It was low enough to think it was too low for a flying aeroplane or helicopter."
