Witness Testimony

"I saw the ufo from 5 AM to 7AM on a very clear night with no moon. At first I thought it was a star twinkling but then it flashed a bright yellow orange light and when I looked with binoculars, the light was in fact cone shaped and faced upwards. The light stopped at the top of the cone - so the shape was like an ice cream cone. It stayed in almost the same place for 2 hours, moving only very slowly and could be seen until the sun came up - and I had to quit watching. Unfortunately I don't have a camera capable of taking pictures of the sky at night so I have no picture."
