Witness Testimony

"5:02 am when I got up there was a very bright light that caught my attention over Lane Mountain. When I looked closely I could see three lights, side by side. At first I thought it was an airplane, but it did not move. So I thought that the window was casting a glare, but I realized the window was open, so that was not possible. I've lived there most of my life, so I knew what I normally saw in the sky. I moved into the sun room with my cell phone to take a picture, but the three lights were not as distinct from that location. My cell phone zoomed into the bright light, but I shot it through a screen door and I got a great picture of the screen. I went back to the bathroom and looked out again. The three bright lights were still there and had not moved. It was about 20 times brighter than any stars in the sky.

From my location on the ranch it was about ½ at the most to the sight. The 3 bright lights had glowing light waves that reached to one another, so I cannot say I could see anything past that or a distinct shape. It hovered about 500’ above the side of the mountain, over a recently logged area. When I moved to take a photo I was at a side view and it appeared to be one large bright light. The light was about 20 times brighter than any stars in the sky. Since it was 5:02 am I could clearly make out the area it hovered over."
