Witness Testimony

"I went into my backyard to view the solar eclipse, from coos bay or. i had a digital camera and began taking photos. the fog was just clearing at 10:am. the moon was in the east. just below it to the left was what i took to be venus. as the hour progressed, i made sketches of the moon and my camera photos showed the object i thought was a star, to be in many different positions in relation to the moon, although i stood in the same place and positioned the camera the same, for each photo.The white, round, object was circling the moon in an angular pattern.Lower left, far right, upper right, above, right again, closer in , upper left, lower left then right of the moon. time between photos was about 10 seconds.I held my arms up and stood in one place and snapped nine photos in succession.Seven more photos earlier in different positions. another nine in place. each photo shows the white disc in another position, in relation to the moon. in between each photo shoot, i sketched the phase changes of the moon . made notes about the behavior of birds and bees and animals in my yard.The whole process took about an hour. at one point i looked at the televised eclipse, but no white disc was visible in their view of it. i would submitt my photos but im not techno savvy and i dont know how to do that with my old computor. perhaps i could print them out and mail them to you."
