Witness Testimony

"I was walking a friend out to there car around 12:30-1am and after saying goodbye to them I waved then went and sat in my car to lock up and what not. Next thing I remember is waking up a couple blocks away at a gas station sitting at the pump, first thing I noticed was a couple people talking to the left of me and to the right of me in my vehicles passenger seat was all the possessions that were in my pocket, including cell phone cigarettes lighter etc. When I picked up the phone I noticed I had a bunch of missed calls from my girlfriend and son of whom were at my house when I walked the friend out, thats also when I noticed that it 4:30am and I had no idea how I got there. When I got back home I walked in to of course a extremely mad girlfriend whom I had to tell that I dont remember what happened. Of course that to her was the lamest excuse shed ever heard. But one thing is she and my son now that that was something I just would never do in a million years, to this day the memory ive gotten of the incident is hearing a high pitched ringing in my ears before blacking out.
