Witness Testimony

"North of the Lakes area by Manson. Watching shooting stars and satellites in the night sky about 10:00 pm. Noticed a glowing light which I thought was a satellite move from the lower left star of the Big Dipper constellation, heading southwest towards the upper left star of the Big Dipper, eventually to just at the first star of the handle. Thought I lost it, with the light from the star being brighter. Seconds later, it appeared to the left of that star (west) and the moved in a 90 degree angle directly heading east until it disappeared from sight. I've yet to see a satellite make a 90 degree move like that. And it definitely wasn't a plane, too high, too bright, and no flashing lights."
