"About an hour and a half ago, I went out off the beach of Ocean City, MD to take pictures of the stars. Unfortunately, my camera was having a lot of problems, so I decided to head back early. Around 11:55PM I was walking back to my condo, and I noticed this spherical object just hauling across the sky. I mean this thing was moving, there was a plane close by, and I swear that it was going at least 10 times as fast as the plane. I only had a few seconds to get a glimpse of it. It was pretty large, it appeared to be about a quarter the size of the moon. It gave off a distinct bluish glow all around it. The glow was very oddly distorted though. It wasn't really in a circle around it. It was almost like a rough square. It looked like nothing I've ever seen. As soon as I was starting to realize what happened, I saw it loosing altitude rapidly and than disappear over the ocean just south of me. It made a very high pitched sound, almost like a really quiet whistle. I was so shocked and as soon as I got back home, I knew I had to share this experience. "
