"Bright blue flat shape seen hovering and manoeuvring before disappearing behind tree line. No noise during entire sighting. Viewed and captured from roof top car park in Windhof. Originally considered to be drone of some kind but the light was far too bright. The video is not very good quality, capture don full zoom on iPhone."
