" Flashing star split into to separate stationary objects.Noticed what appeared to be a flashing star in the northeast sky. After a minute or two it split into to lights. One appeared to be triangular in shape, the other was directly in front of/on top of it and was crescent shaped. The both flickered orange, whit and some blue. There also appears to be lights going back and forth between the two objects.
