Witness Testimony

"Took my dog out, looked up and saw very bright red/blue/golden flickering pulsing light. Opened camera app, switched to video mode pressed record- activating my phones LED flash to turn on. Could not see object through my phones screen but the light may have increased/changed pattern of flickers. Texted friend/almost neighbor with a nicer phone (better camera). Took my dog inside, checked out window and it had not moved, it remained hovering, maybe slightly less active. Received reply text from friend, disappeared in the time it took to glance at my phone for a second. I was very startled as I believe it may have rushed me. Saw shadows out window and have not dared to approach window since (about 2 hours). A very unawesome noise creeped up, beeping humming that i could feel and hear.. if that makes sense. Felt like it was right outside my window. I only now notice it's absence. Wasnt going to include this as all of my senses are on high alert, but kept seeing static-like flashes in my apartment. The noise is back, truely terrified. Dog has not acted strange; does not acknowledge noise. "
