Witness Testimony

"I was outside in my driveway having a cigarette at around 11:15 am facing south i heard loud helicopters, when the helicopters came into view i was surprised to see 5 of them flying together in formation, they were flying low and were all black, they had no markings that i could see. they were flying in a northerly direction. just as they were almost overhead, a small glowing object fell slowly from them, i thought it might have been a flare or something, it fell until it went behind buildings and i couldn't see it anymore. i was on the phone with my daughter at the time who was on her lunch break at a restaurant that is about 2 miles away from my home, i asked her if she could see the helicopters and she said she could, then i asked if she could see the glowing ball that was falling and she exclaimed "yes!" i asked her where it was because i couldn't see it anymore. she exclaimed yes! i see it hovering over the mountains! from where i was i couldn't see the mountain tops because if the trees and buildings. so my daughter put her phone on video chat so i could see what she was seeing, and just then it disappeared. it hovered for around 3 to 5 minutes before disappearing. if it was a flare it wouldn't have hovered. i dont know what it was "
